Garmi me pet ko thanda rakhegi aur 10 min me ready ho jayegi.

*Samagri*
*Sevai ke liye:*
- *Sevai/Vermicelli*: 1 cup
- *Oats*: 1/4 cup, bhuni hui 
- *Dahi*: 1.5 cup, fresh aur thanda, phenta hua
- *Kachcha aam*: 2 tbsp, kadda kasa hua
- *Hara dhaniya*: 2 tbsp, barik kata
- *Pudina*: 1 tbsp, barik kata  
- *Namak*: swaad anusar
- *Cheeni*: 1/2 tsp, optional
- *Paani*: 2 cup, sevai ubalne ke liye

*Tadke ke liye:*
- *Tel/Ghee*: 1 tbsp
- *Rai*: 1/2 tsp
- *Jeera*: 1/2 tsp
- *Hing*: 1 chutki
- *Curry patta*: 8-10 patte
- *Sukhi lal mirch*: 1-2
- *Hari mirch*: 1, barik kati
- *Adrak*: 1/2 tsp, kadda kasa hua
- *Kaju*: 6-7, tukdo me
- *Kali mirch*: 1/4 tsp, kuti hui

*Banane ki vidhi*

*1. Sevai-Oats taiyaar karo:*
- Ek pan me 1 tsp ghee garam karke sevai aur oats ko halka golden hone tak bhuno. Nikal lo.
- Usi pan me 2 cup paani + chutki bhar namak daal kar ubalo. 
- Ubalte paani me bhuni sevai-oats daalo. 2-3 min pakao. Bilkul naram nahi karni, 80% hi pakana hai.
- Chhanni me nikal kar thande paani se dho do taaki chipke nahi. Thanda hone do.

*2. Dahi ka mix banayein:*
- Ek bade bowl me phenta hua dahi lo.
- Usme namak, cheeni, kadda kasa kachcha aam, hara dhaniya, pudina milao.
- Ab thandi ki hui sevai-oats bhi dahi me daal kar ache se mix kar do. Fridge me 5 min ke liye rakh do.

*3. Tadka lagao:*
- Chhote tadka pan me tel/ghee garam karo.
- Rai chutkane do, phir jeera, hing, sukhi lal mirch, curry patta daalo.
- 10 sec baad hari mirch, adrak, kaju daalo. Kaju golden hone tak bhuno.
- Gas band karke kuti kali mirch daal do.

*4. Serve karo:*
- Thandi dahi wali sevai ko bowl me nikalo.
- Upar se garam-garam tadka daal do.
- Kaju aur curry patta upar dikhna chahiye jaise photo me hai.

1. *Bilkul thanda khao*: Garmi me maza tabhi aayega jab sevai fridge me thandi ho jaye.
2. *Dahi phenta hua ho*: Lumps na rahe, warna taste kharab lagega.
3. *Tadka last me*: Khane ke turant pehle tadka daalo, warna sevai garam ho jayegi.
