Welcome to Palify.io (“Palify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) — a platform built to connect professionals, showcase achievements, grow communities, and enable opportunities.

By creating an account, browsing, or using any part of Palify, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct, and any other applicable guidelines or policies we may publish

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using Palify.

When you sign up for Palify, you consent to receive communications from us — including emails related to your account activity, updates to our policies, product announcements, and optional marketing content

You may manage your notification preferences under your account settings. However, some service-related emails (like security alerts or changes to our Terms) are essential and can’t be disabled.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must create a personal or company profile. By registering:

  • You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
  • You accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You may not impersonate others, create fake identities, or use offensive, trademarked, or misleading usernames. Palify reserves the right to reclaim usernames and suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information on your Palify profile. Misrepresentation or deliberate falsification of credentials, skills, or experiences is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account

4.2 Community Standards

Palify is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and professional community. By using our platform, you agree to uphold the following standards of conduct:

Expected Conduct:
  • Use respectful, welcoming, and inclusive language in all communications.
  • Acknowledge and use individuals’ preferred pronouns; when uncertain, use gender-neutral language.
  • Respect diverse opinions, backgrounds, and experiences
  • Accept constructive feedback with professionalism and a growth mindset.
  • Prioritize what is best for the community at large.
  • Demonstrate empathy and consideration toward fellow users.
Prohibited Conduct:
  • Use of sexually explicit, harassing, or offensive language, images, or behavior.
  • Engaging in trolling, personal attacks, or targeted political commentary.
  • Harassment of any kind, whether public or private.
  • Sharing someone else’s personal or private information without their explicit consent.
  • Dismissing or mocking efforts toward inclusivity and diversity.
  • Any behavior reasonably deemed inappropriate in a professional or community setting.
4.3 Enforcement and Reporting

Violations of this Code of Conduct may be reported to our support team at communications@palify.io. All reported concerns will be reviewed promptly, and we will take action as deemed appropriate, which may include warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination

Palify reserves the right to enforce these standards in its sole discretion, including removing any profiles, posts, or content that are found to be inaccurate, harmful, offensive, or inconsistent with these terms or our community guidelines.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

You own the content you share on Palify. This includes your profile information, posts, images, resumes, portfolios, and more (“User Content”).

By uploading or posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and modify that content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform — including allowing others to view and engage with your contributions.

You’re responsible for ensuring that the content you share doesn’t infringe on any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

6. Brand Profiles

Brand profiles are reserved for legitimate businesses, teams, and organizations. Only authorized personnel such as founders, HR professionals, or designated team leaders may create or manage these profiles.

Palify reserves the right to remove or restrict access to brand profiles that violate this policy.

7. Reserved Names and Handles

To prevent impersonation and ensure trust, Palify may reserve certain usernames, handles, or profile URLs. We may also reassign these identifiers if they are misused or if required for legal, trademark, or clarity purposes.

Attempting to buy, sell, or trade usernames is strictly prohibited.

8. Platform Availability & Warranty Disclaimer

We aim to provide an accessible, secure, and high-performing service. However, Palify is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties — express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee:

  • That the Platform will be free from bugs, interruptions, or errors
  • That your experience will always be seamless or secure
  • That the content on the Platform will be 100% accurate, complete, or up-to-date

You use Palify at your own risk. We are not liable for loss of data, missed opportunities, or any indirect damages that arise from your use of the Platform.

9. External Links & Third-Party Services

Palify may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these services, and you access them at your own risk. We’re not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of these third parties.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, legal updates, or feedback. When we do, we’ll notify users through the Platform or via email (if feasible).

Your continued use of Palify after updates means you accept the changes. If you do not agree with revised terms, you must stop using the Platform.

We use tools like Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how users interact with our Platform. These services help us improve user experience and performance.

12. Governing Law
