**Profile - Youtube Thumbnails Designer**

• *Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of graphic designers by providing direction, feedback, and mentorship
- Develop and design high-quality graphics, including thumbnails for youtube videos
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including social media, and content teams, to ensure that all designs are meeting their needs.
- Manage multiple design projects from conception to final production, ensuring all work is completed within established deadlines.
- Provide design direction and mentorship to junior designers on the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design technologies to continuously improve the quality of our creative output.

• *Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in graphic design and team management
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Demonstrated ability to create designs that align with current trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design experience.

• *Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with web design and development.
- Animation and/or video production experience.
- Experience working in a quick-paced agency environment.

• *Salary**:
The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• *Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
