• *Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, qualified-quality explainer videos.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and text overlays to enhance storytelling.
- Select appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to complement the visuals.
- Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and other team members to align video edits with the desired message and tone.
- Optimize videos for YouTube, including resolution, aspect ratio, and other platform-specific requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

• *Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video editing, particularly for YouTube or digital platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work on explainer or similar videos.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in creating explainer videos for educational or marketing purposes.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating thumbnails and other assets.
