About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and creative YouTube Editor to manage podcast shoots, edit engaging video content, and lead our YouTube growth through smart content planning, SEO, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit podcast episodes and YouTube videos

• Optimize content for YouTube SEO (titles, tags, descriptions)

• Manage content calendar and publishing schedule

• Research trends and competitor content for new ideas

• Collaborate with hosts, guests, and creative team

• Repurpose content into Shorts, Reels, etc.
