Primary Job Responsibilities

• Research & Content Development:

  • Conduct thorough research on the latest developments, trends, and updates related to the CLAT exam.

  • Assist in developing comprehensive, well-structured video scripts that deliver informative and engaging content, specifically tailored for CLAT aspirants.

  • Collaborate with Content Team:

  • Work closely with the content team to create video content that aligns with the channel's objectives.

  • Support in crafting promotional content and strategies to increase the channel’s reach and engagement.

  • Video Script Writing & Optimization:

  • Help write scripts for long-form and short-form videos focused on CLAT exam topics.

  • Ensure that scripts are engaging, accurate, and easy to understand, making them suitable for exam preparation.

  • Audience Engagement:

  • Respond to viewer comments and feedback to enhance engagement and ensure a positive learning experience.

  • Assist in implementing strategies to grow the channel’s subscriber base.

   

  Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Basic Experience in Content Writing:

  • Previous coursework or experience in content writing, especially for educational content related to entrance exams like CLAT.

  • Ability to research and summarize complex information into concise, relevant, and easily understandable content.

  • Writing and Editing Skills:

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality and credible content.

  • Proficiency in Research & Content Creation:

  • Comfortable conducting in-depth research and crafting scripts that are both informative and engaging for CLAT aspirants.

  • Basic Knowledge of YouTube & Social Media:

  • Familiarity with YouTube and social media platforms, which will help in understanding how to optimize content for the audience.

  • Experience with Tools:

  • Comfortable using video editing tools such as Canva for content enhancement.

  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content optimization.

  Major KRA (SMART)

  • Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative content for CLAT aspirants.

  • Audience Engagement: Foster strong engagement by responding to feedback and helping to optimize content.

  • SEO Optimization: Assist in enhancing video content visibility through basic SEO practices.
