Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Youth Specialist, based in Goregaon. The Youth Specialist will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and managing youth programs that engage and empower young individuals. Daily responsibilities include mentoring youth, organizing activities, facilitating leadership development, and providing support to address social challenges. Collaboration with team members, local organizations, and community stakeholders will be essential to successfully deliver impactful programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Youth Leadership, Youth Programs, and Youth Work
• Strong Communication and social interaction skills
• Background in Social Work or related fields with a focus on empowering communities
• Excellent organizational and program coordination abilities
• Ability to build rapport with diverse groups and maintain a positive, inclusive environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Passion for driving youth engagement and fostering leadership development
