Role Description

We are seeking a New Product Development Specialist for Nutraceuticals to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bandra. Responsibilities include leading product development projects, conducting thorough market research, overseeing research and development (R&D) processes, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to market launch. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting sales strategies to ensure the success of new and existing products.

Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and drive product decisions

Experience in conducting market research and identifying consumer trends

Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management within the nutraceutical industry

Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to support sales teams effectively

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field

Proven track record in the nutraceutical or wellness product industry is highly advantageous
