We are looking for a dynamic Communication & Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance employees’ communication, interpersonal, and professional skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing people, improving workplace communication, and driving behavioural change through engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programs on communication, interpersonal skills, and professional etiquette
- Conduct workshops on presentation skills, business communication, leadership communication, and workplace collaboration
- Assess training needs and customize programs based on organizational requirements
- Facilitate interactive sessions, role plays, and practical exercises
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
- Provide individual coaching and mentoring when required
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning resources
- Support employee development initiatives and learning programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, Business, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in corporate training or learning & development
- Robust expertise in business communication and soft skills training
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and train diverse groups
- Certification in Training & Development / Soft Skills Training
- Experience working with corporate teams, multinational organizations, or IT/ITES companies
- Familiarity with adult learning methodologies

Travel Requirement

- Must be willing to travel frequently across India and internationally to deliver training programs.
- Flexibility to conduct training at multiple client or organizational locations.
