At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce. Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

    Role Overview

    As a Senior Associate in Workday Data Quality Management, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of data quality strategies within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) environment. You will work closely with consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to drive accuracy and integrity of HRMS data through data validation, process improvements, and compliance activities. This role offers exposure to advanced Workday modules and data tools in a dynamic 24/5 operational setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    Data Quality Execution & Validation
  • Assist in implementing the Workday data quality management strategy aligned with project objectives and lead your assigned shift handling a team of associates
  • Conduct data quality assessments, routine audits, and root cause analyses to identify data discrepancies and issues.
  • Validate Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) mass uploads to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support data cleansing activities to meet defined quality standards.

  • Process Improvement & Tool Support
  • Collaborate with Workday technical teams and functional consultants to optimize system configurations and enhance data management processes.
  • Recommend opportunities for automation and tooling improvements to increase efficiency of data quality checks.
  • Participate in the design and documentation of data validation processes and workflows.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
  • Liaise with business units and consulting teams to address data-related queries and support issue resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and dashboards detailing data quality metrics and findings to support ongoing project transparency.
  • Contribute to workshops and training initiatives aimed at improving data literacy and promoting adherence to data governance policies.

  • Compliance & Risk Support
  • Ensure data quality controls comply with relevant regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • Support the identification of data risks and the execution of mitigation plans under guidance from senior management.

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 5- 8 years in HRMS data quality management or related roles, preferably involving Workday implementations or large HR technology environments.
  • Workday Knowledge: Working familiarity with Workday HCM modules and experience with Workday data tools such as EIB.
  • Data Quality: Experience performing data validations, quality checks, and assisting with data governance frameworks.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with business, HR, and IT stakeholders.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to work with data validation tools and support automation efforts.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business IT, Data Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Certifications (Advantageous): Workday certification or data governance certifications.
