Role Overview
We are looking for a WordPress Developer with 2–3 years of experience who enjoys working in a small team environment and can take ownership of features from development to deployment. The candidate will help build new websites, develop custom functionality, and maintain existing WordPress sites , ensuring high performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
Build and launch WordPress websites for B2B services and product landing pages
Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins
Improve website performance, page speed, and Core Web Vitals
Integrate forms, APIs, and marketing tools (CRM, email systems)
Maintain and enhance existing WordPress websites
Convert wireframes/designs into responsive WordPress pages
Required Skills
Frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
Strong PHP backend development skills
Good understanding of WordPress core functions, hooks, filters, and database structure
Experience building custom WordPress themes and plugins
Responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML integrations
Familiarity with Git/SVN version control
Knowledge of SEO best practices (meta tags, alt tags, OG tags, schema tags)
Experience using browser debugging tools (Chrome DevTools)
Understanding of OOP and database concepts

Good to Have
Experience building AMP pages
Experience working with marketing tools or CRM integrations

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Must Have
Hands-on WordPress development experience
Experience building/customizing themes and plugins
