We are looking for a versatile, technically elite Team Lead to head our CMS and E-commerce development team. You will oversee a team of developers working across WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and Squarespace, ensuring that every site we launch is performant, scalable, and pixel-perfect.

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Lead the end-to-end development of custom WordPress and custom plugins.
• Architect and oversee Shopify Liquid theme development and custom Shopify App creation (Node.js/PHP + Polaris).
• Provide technical guidance for high-end Webflow and Squarespace projects, including custom code injections and API integrations.

2. Team Management & Mentorship

• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices (clean code, security, and SEO-friendly markup).
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, helping them level up their logic and problem-solving skills.
• Manage resource allocation and project timelines in an agile environment.

3. Quality Assurance & Optimization

• Enforce rigorous testing protocols across various devices and browsers.

· Experience: 5+ years in web development with 2+ years in a leadership or senior developer role.

· The "Bridge": Ability to translate complex technical points into "client-speak" for account managers.
