TPots IT Solutions is a growing IT company based in Surat, Gujarat. We build websites, web applications, and automation solutions for clients across India and globally. We are looking for a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer who can hit the ground running from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, fully responsive WordPress websites
• Develop and manage Custom Post Types (CPT) and custom fields using Meta Box
• Build and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
• Work with Git for version control, branching, and team collaboration
• Optimize website performance, speed, and security
• Coordinate with designers and project managers to deliver on time
• Debug and resolve issues across WordPress projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Minimum 5 years of WordPress development experience
✅ Strong expertise in Figma to WordPress conversion
✅ Hands-on experience with Meta Box plugin and custom field management
✅ Solid knowledge of Custom Post Types (CPT) registration and display
✅ Proficient in Git — branching, merging, pull requests
✅ Strong command over PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
✅ Experience with custom theme and plugin development
✅ Understanding of WordPress hooks, filters, and core architecture
✅ Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO best practices

Good to Have:

• WooCommerce development experience
• Experience with Elementor / ACF / Gutenberg blocks
• REST API / Headless WordPress knowledge

Work Location: WFO (Surat Office) or WFH — both options open depending on candidate profile

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only Candidates with long notice periods need not apply.

Salary: As per industry standards + based on experience and interview performance
