The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, with a willingness to learn and grow in other front-end technologies like React if needed.*Key Responsibilities:**Develop and customize **WordPress plugins** to meet business requirements.Design, develop, and implement custom **WordPress themes** from websites for speed, performance, and cross-browser and debug website issues, ensuring seamless functionality.Collaborate with designers, content creators, and backend developers to deliver high-quality web solutions.Stay updated on the latest WordPress developments and best practices.*Key Skills and Qualifications:**2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in **WordPress plugin and theme development**.Robust knowledge of **PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript**, and MySQL.Familiarity with WordPress APIs, hooks, and filters.Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.Experience with version control tools like **Git**.Ability to debug and resolve website issues efficiently.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.*Nice to Have:**Experience with front-end frameworks such as **React.js** (training can be provided if required).Knowledge of WooCommerce and e-commerce with SEO best practices.Basic understanding of web hosting and server configurations.*Work Environment:****Hybrid Work Schedule:** Work from Office (WFO) on Mondays and Fridays, and Work from Home (WFH) on other days.Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai.
