Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
• Build custom themes and plugins
• Integrate third-party plugins (e.g., WooCommerce, WPML)
• Migrate websites to WordPress
• Optimize sites for performance, SEO, and responsiveness
• Ensure cross-browser and standards compliance
• Convert PSD designs to responsive HTML5/CSS3
• Implement SEO/CRO best practices
• Use GIT/SVN for version control
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance

Required Skills & Expertise

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development and website architecture.
• Strong expertise in custom theme development, plugin development, and WordPress core customization.
• Advanced proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Experience working with the LAMP stack and integrating third-party APIs and plugins.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and modern web standards.
• Expertise in website performance optimization, caching strategies, and accessibility standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in multicultural and distributed team environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
