Job Description: WMS Automation Engineer 🔹 Job Details • Role: WMS Automation Engineer • Experience: 8+ Years (7+ Years Relevant) • Location: Remote (Asset collection in Chennai / Pune) • Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM 🔹 Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled WMS Automation Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly Manhattan WMS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UI and API automation, strong understanding of supply chain workflows, and experience working in Agile environments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Design and develop robust automation frameworks using Selenium with Java • Implement API automation using Rest Assured • Work with BDD frameworks like Cucumber for test scenarios • Validate WMS workflows, including inventory movements and integrations (ERP/TMS/YMS) • Execute automation and manual test cases across web, API, and RF/mobile devices • Perform data validation using SQL queries • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments • Track and manage defects/tasks using Jira • Leverage AI tools for automation, code review, and test data generation • Ensure quality through CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices 🔹 Required Skills • Strong expertise in Selenium with Java • Hands-on experience with BDD (Cucumber) • Solid experience in API Automation (Rest Assured) • Strong knowledge of SQL (query writing & validation) • Experience working in Agile methodology & Jira • Exposure to AI-powered tools (Cody, CodeRabbit, Claude, etc.) • Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) • Mandatory: Experience with Manhattan WMS 🔹 Good to Have • Experience with Cypress / Playwright • Knowledge of Performance Testing tools (JMeter, K6) • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) • Experience with Docker / Kubernetes • Exposure to monitoring tools like Grafana 🔹 Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
