About the Role

Join our IT Infrastructure team as a Windows Systems Administrator! You’ll manage Windows Server environments, automate tasks using PowerShell, ensure high availability through cluster management, and collaborate with global teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Windows Servers and Failover Clusters.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for server incidents.
• Configure NTFS shares and manage Active Directory.
• Monitor tickets and queues to meet SLA requirements.
• Troubleshoot basic networking issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Windows Server administration.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with Cluster management, AD, and NTFS permissions.
• Attention to detail and proactive communication.
• Willingness to work in shifts at Hinjewadi office.

Preferred Skills

• Exchange Server support and management.
• Avamar backup solutions.
• VMware administration experience.
• Familiarity with WinSCP, DataDog, SNMP, and Splunk.

Work Schedule :This role supports global coverage and requires working in shifts.
