Responsibilities:

· Driving sales of bullion (bars/coins) achieving monthly/annual targets

· Manage end-to-end bullion desk operations including trading, pricing, inventory, and settlements

· Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with traders, jewellers, and corporate clients.

· Overseeing the sales pipeline and monitoring bullion market trends, pricing, and demand to define sales strategies.

· Training and guiding sales executives in the territory.

Skills:

· 6-8 years of relevant experience in a reputed gold & silver bullion industry.

· Deep understanding of the gold and silver jewelry market, including purity evaluation and pricing.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline
