Project Overview: Asian Paints Branding & Promotion Event
We are hiring 100 Event Coordinators across India for a high-impact branding project for Asian Paints. This is a Work-From-Home (WFH) role focused on management, auditing, and reporting.

1. Key Role & Responsibilities
As a coordinator, you are the bridge between the company and the on-ground activities. Your primary duties include:

Team Management: Overseeing a group of on-ground promoters assigned to your region.

Daily Reporting: Collecting data, photos, and attendance reports from your team and submitting them to the central office.

Fraud Prevention: Verifying that gift hampers and promotional materials are being distributed correctly to customers and not being misused or hoarded.

Virtual Sync-ups: Conducting 2-3 mandatory meetings per day via Google Meet or Zoom to align with your team and address on-ground challenges.

2. Logistics & Requirements
Work Style: 100% Remote / Work From Home.

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. While you don't need to be on a call for 8 hours, you must be instantly available for follow-ups and data verification during this window.

Duration: 15 Days (Launching March 15th).

Eligibility: Must be 18+, 12th Pass, and confident in communicating in English or Hindi.

3. Mandatory Uniform Policy
To maintain professional standards during virtual meetings with promoters and clients:

Company T-Shirt: A branded Asian Paints/Event T-shirt will be provided by the company.

Mandatory Use: It is compulsory to wear this T-shirt during all Google Meet/Zoom sessions.

Charges: Please note that T-shirt charges are applicable only after you are officially selected for the project.

4. Payment Structure
Daily Rate: ₹1,000 per day.

Payment Cycle: We follow a "Next-Day-Clearance" policy. Your earnings will be processed and credited every second day (48-hour cycle).

Total Potential: ₹15,000 for the 15-day event duration.

5. Training & Support
You don't need prior experience in paint promotions.

Full Training will be provided before the start date (March 10th) to teach you how to read reports, use the tracking tools, and manage on-ground staff effectively.
