Web Designer & Visual Developer

Full-Time | NXA Intelligence

NXA Intelligence is looking for a Web Designer & Visual Developer who can design and build modern, high-quality websites from concept to launch.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into beautiful, high-performing web experiences. You will be responsible for designing and developing websites that communicate complex technology products clearly while maintaining strong visual identity and usability.

You’ll work closely with marketing and product teams to create conversion-focused B2B SaaS websites, landing pages, and interactive web experiences.

What you’ll do

• Design modern websites for technology and B2B SaaS companies


• Translate product messaging into clear visual storytelling


• Build and launch websites using Framer, Webflow, or similar platforms


• Create interactive experiences using motion design and micro-interactions


• Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and optimized for performance


• Maintain strong visual consistency across layouts, typography, and UI components


• Continuously improve website experiences based on design and performance insights

What we’re looking for


• Strong experience designing and building websites using Framer or Webflow


• Excellent visual design fundamentals including layout, typography, and hierarchy


• Experience creating modern SaaS or technology company websites


• Ability to design and implement responsive, scalable web experiences


• Understanding of conversion-focused landing page design


• Experience working with Figma or similar design tools

Tools and technologies we value


• Framer


• Webflow


• Figma


• Spline (for web-based 3D visuals)


• Lottie or motion animation tools


• GSAP or similar interaction libraries


• Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools


• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern web performance principles

Nice to have


• Experience designing interactive storytelling websites


• Familiarity with SaaS design systems or component libraries


• Experience working on AI, technology, or startup-focused websites
