About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our Web Performance / Agency & Brand Partnerships team. The role involves working closely with media agencies and brand partners to drive digital advertising revenue and strengthen brand presence across digital platforms.

Freshers with a strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and media sales are encouraged to apply, while experienced candidates with agency networks and digital ad sales experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with media agencies and brand partners.
  • Support and drive digital advertising sales and web performance campaigns.
  • Identify potential branding and performance marketing opportunities with agencies and brands.
  • Assist in creating digital media proposals, presentations, and campaign plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns.
  • Stay updated with digital advertising trends, media planning, and performance marketing.
  • Support lead generation, client meetings, and business development activities.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports for clients.

  • Key Skills & Requirements
  • Freshers or candidates with 1–6 years of experience in digital marketing, media sales, branding, or agency servicing.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising, branding solutions, and performance marketing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in working with media agencies and brand teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

  • Preferred Background
  • Experience or internship in digital marketing, advertising agencies, media companies, or ad-tech platforms.
  • Strong network within media agencies will be an advantage for experienced candidates.
