Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit technical and product-related content for websites, product pages, blogs, guides, and documentation.
• Create SEO-friendly content to improve website visibility and traffic.
• Develop product descriptions, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and how-to guides.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to understand features and translate them into engaging content.
• Ensure all content is accurate, well-structured, and aligned with brand voice.
• Conduct research on industry trends, e-commerce technologies, and competitor content.
• Review and update existing content to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Optimize content using keywords, metadata, and SEO best practices.
Required Skills

• Strong technical writing and editing skills.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital products, or SaaS concepts.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise way.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in e-commerce, technology, or digital products.
• Portfolio or samples of technical or product-related content.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
• Understanding of UX writing and product documentation.
