Role Overview

ClickDo is seeking an AI-First Video Creator to revolutionize how we produce content for our global digital marketing agency and our network of business blogs.

You won't just be "editing" video; you will be building an AI-powered production pipeline to generate high-performing ads, SEO-driven YouTube content, and viral social clips at scale.

We need someone who knows how to use the latest generative models to turn a blog post into a high-quality video in a fraction of the traditional time.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Workflow Development: Build and manage a "Smart Stack" of AI tools to automate scripting, voiceovers, B-roll generation, and subtitling.
• Content Repurposing: Use AI tools to instantly transform long-form webinars, podcasts, or SEO articles into "snackable" vertical videos (Reels/TikToks).
• Generative Production: Create "faceless" brand videos and high-fidelity AI avatars for client explainers and internal training.
• Prompt Engineering: Master the art of prompting for video models to ensure visual consistency and high-quality "cinematic" output.
• Quality Assurance: Direct the AI's output to ensure it aligns with ClickDo’s brand voice and meets professional standards—ensuring it doesn't "look" like generic AI content.

Required "AI Stack" Proficiency

• The ideal candidate should be proficient in any of the following (or any tools with their 2026 equivalents):
• Generative Video: Runway Gen-3, Luma Dream Machine, Kling 3.0, or Sora.
• Editing & Repurposing: Descript (edit-by-transcript), OpusClip, or Pictory.
• Avatars & Lip-Sync: HeyGen (Video Translate), Synthesia, or ElevenLabs (Voice Cloning).
• Creative Assets: Midjourney/Nano Banana (for custom B-roll/Images) and Canva AI.
• Traditional Core: CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro (for final assembly and polish).

Qualifications

• Agile Mindset: You stay on top of new AI model releases every week and can pivot your workflow as tools evolve.
• SEO Awareness: Basic understanding of how video content supports SEO (YouTube SEO, metadata, and keyword-driven hooks).
• Visual Storytelling: Even with AI, you must understand pacing, hooks, and retention metrics.
• Portfolio: Please provide links to videos where you have utilized AI for generation, voiceover, or heavy automation.
