About the Role

Europe Careers is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our partnerships and student recruitment network for international education and career programs, including opportunities in Germany and Europe.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships, managing institutional partnerships, and driving growth in international education programs.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, institutions, and recruitment partners
• Generate leads and build networks with education consultants and training centers
• Promote international programs including MBA, Master's, and career opportunities in Europe
• Manage business development activities and partnership agreements
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
• Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams
Requirements

• Experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships
• Background in Education, Study Abroad, or International Recruitment preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships
• Self-driven and target-oriented
