Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring their productivity.
- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure prompt and accurate dispatch of orders.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and generate inventory reports.
- Update records in Excel/ERP for incoming and outgoing stock.
- Improve operational efficiency by reducing errors and enhancing speed through SOP enhancements.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization are maintained at all times.

Qualifications Required:
- 25 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management.

- Strong understanding of dispatch flow, pick-pack operations, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for record-keeping and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage the team.
