Key Responsibilities: Finished Goods Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods by size, finish, shade, grade (Premium / Standard / Commercial), and batch.

Ensure correct palletization, stacking, and storage to prevent breakage.

Follow FIFO for finished goods dispatch.

Plan and execute picking, packing, and loading based on sales orders.

Ensure correct labeling, order-wise segregation, and documentation.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate daily dispatch schedules with Sales and Production Planning teams.

Coordinate with transporters, fleet operators, and freight forwarders.

Schedule vehicle placements and track dispatch movements.

Resolve transit issues, shortages, and delivery delays.

Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, E-Way Bills, and export documents.

Compliance & Quality Management

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, SOPs, safety regulations, and statutory norms.

Conduct pre-dispatch quality checks in coordination with QA teams.

Ensure safe material handling practices and warehouse safety.

Minimize customer complaints due to damage or wrong dispatch.

Reporting & Staff Supervision

Prepare daily dispatch reports, warehouse stock summaries, and SCM MIS reports.

Supervise warehouse staff and loaders.

Drive continuous improvement in dispatch accuracy, turnaround time, and logistics cost.
