  • *About the Role**

    • We are hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates who are looking to build their career in Finance and Accounting. This opportunity provides exposure to US accounting processes, particularly in Record to Report (R2R) operations.
  • *Key Responsibilities.**
  • Pass Journal Entries such as Accruals, Prepaids, and Reclass entries • Perform Bank Reconciliation and record bank transactions
  • Conduct Account Reconciliation / Balance Sheet Reconciliation
  • Support Month-End Closing activities
  • Assist in Preliminary Financial Statements preparation
  • *Eligibility Criteria**
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
  • Basic understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
