Job description
• Handling calls/ queries / requests pertaining to product and service for inbound / out bound calls effectively.
• Complaint Management. Solving customer grievances.
• Applying process / product Knowledge in replying to customers
• An immediate joiners are preferred.
• *Minimum Qualification: HSC to Any degree.**
• *Salary: 16K take home.**
• *Shift Timings: 9 am to 6.30 pm.**
• *Total requirements : 15+ Kannada speaking candidates**
