Process Associate - Health care Voice

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.

Skill Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Strong written communication skills, especially for email and chat support.
• Candidate should be fresher 2024 or 2025 Passed out.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.(Arts & Science)
• No BE/B.Tech/MCA are eligible to apply.
