Dr. Lal PathLabs is seeking a skilled and experienced Lab Technician to join their team in Malleshwaram, Bangalore. This full-time, permanent position within the Healthcare & Life Sciences department requires a qualified individual to perform analytical testing, maintain quality control, and ensure accurate reporting of patient test results. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience and a strong understanding of laboratory procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Perform assigned analytical testing procedures accurately and in a timely manner.
Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory testing and reporting, maintaining internal and external quality control.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Follow established laboratory procedures for specimen handling, testing, and reporting.
Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures and release test results.
Adhere to quality control policies, instrument calibration, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications / Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (DMLT, BMLT, BVoc MLT).
1-6 years of experience as a Lab Technician.
Proficiency in performing analytical testing procedures.
Knowledge of laboratory quality control and safety protocols.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Strong understanding of specimen handling and testing procedures.

Preferred Skills / Attributes

Experience in Hematology, Microbiology, and Biochemistry.
Familiarity with Medical Imaging and Image Processing.
Knowledge of Laboratory Management and Lab Operations.
