About Position:

Senior US Healthcare Domain Leader responsible for driving payer transformation, GTM strategy, and large-scale application modernization across the end‑to‑end payer value chain. Acts as a trusted advisor to clients by translating industry trends, regulatory mandates, and interoperability standards into tailored solutions. Leads RFPs, thought leadership, and analyst engagements to support business growth and market positioning.

  • What You'll Do:
  • In-depth knowledge of the US Healthcare including entities, trends, pain-points etc.
  • Functional knowledge of processes as well as systems across the payer value chain encompassing
  • Health plan sales, marketing, brokers/producers
  • Eligibility, enrollment, membership, product/benefit management
  • Claims
  • Premium Billing
  • Appeals & Grievances
  • Medical Management (Care, Utilization and Disease Management)
  • Provider Networks, Contracts and Management
  • Member Services (Contact Center and Back-Office)
  • Knowledge of government programs like Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA
  • Familiarity with interoperability mandates
  • Knowledge of healthcare EDI transactions as well as APIs, HL7, FHIR
  • Prior experience in payer app portfolio analysis, rationalization, and modernization
  • Ability to connect industry/segment trends and provide tailored solutions to clients
  • Create proactive pitches aimed at solving specific client problems
  • Ability to analyze industry/segment trends along with patterns of client problems to develop and roll-out go-to-market (GTM) strategy leveraging vertical and service line (horizontal) capabilities
  • Experience in anchoring RFPs & RFIs with cross-functional teams
  • Author thought leadership articles such as PoVs, Blogs, Whitepapers etc.
  • Knowledge of advisor and analyst ecosystem such as Gartner, Everest, Forrester, IDC etc. and ability to present as well as participate in RFIs for ranking/rating

  • Expertise You'll Bring:
  • Presenting at events, seminars, customer, and partner meetings
  • Prior experience as functional/technical architect within the HLS industry
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Cloud, CRM, Low-Code/No-Code, Integration and Automation
  • Knowledge of care delivery across large hospitals, academic centers, or health systems
  • Hands-on implementation, integration, and support of EMRs such as Epic and Cerner
  • Functional knowledge of processes as well as systems spanning sales, marketing, patient registration, digital health/front door, telehealth, donor mgmt., eligibility/benefit verification, RCM and patient billing, population health, care mgmt. and coordination, provider mgmt. including credentialing
  • Prior experience in provider app portfolio analysis, rationalization, and modernization
  • Prior experience in leading large managed services deals spanning infra, end-user computing, app dev and maintenance, technical and clinical helpdesk
