Are you passionate about building rock-solid voice infrastructure? We're a fast-growing VoIP & Dialer company looking for a skilled VoIP Engineer to be the technical backbone of our platform.

🏢 About Us:

We build cloud-based VoIP and dialer solutions for call centers, BPOs, and enterprises across India and beyond.

💼 What You'll Do:

- Design & maintain SIP-based VoIP infrastructure (Asterisk / FreeSWITCH)

- Build and optimize predictive & progressive dialer systems

- Handle SIP trunk integrations with major carriers

- Implement WebRTC-based browser calling

- Ensure 99.9%+ uptime and low-latency voice delivery

- Troubleshoot call quality issues — jitter, packet loss, codec conflicts

✅ What We're Looking For:

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or Kamailio

- Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, WebRTC protocols

- Linux server administration skills (CentOS / Ubuntu)

- Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS / GCP)

- Knowledge of VoIP codecs: G.711, G.729, Opus

🌟 Bonus Points:

- WebRTC / SIP.js experience

- CRM integration experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)

- Docker / Kubernetes exposure
