Job Summary:

We are seeking a Free SWITCH Developer to Manage & Develop FreeSWITCH based telephony applications. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps to build modern, performant, and scalable telephony applications / platform. The ideal candidate is hands-on, deeply experienced in the Free SWITCH, and has a strong background in developing, deploying & managing Free SWITCH based Telephony applications.

Key Responsibilities

FS Management & development

• Hands on Experience on Deploying FreeSWITCH on Linux Cloud.
• Integrate VoIP gateways with FreeSWITCH.
• Configuring FreeSWITCH Modules e.g. mod_call_center, mod_xml_curl
• Developing Call Centre applications using Free SWITCH which includes Mult Tenant Call Centre with Auto Dialer & ACD Configuration.
• Configuring MT based reporting and analytics in FreeSWITCH
• Deploying FreeSWITCH in HA Mode with clusters mandatory.
• Work closely with UI/UX development team to integrate FS functionalities and extend it to UI.
• Able to Write code to control FreeSWITCH functionalities & settings
• Configuring Kamailio with FreeSWITCH in LB mode,
• Configuring FS for Live call migration.
• Postgres SQL with Cluster and HA mode.
