Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the VM team in store display planning and execution
  • Support in planogram preparation and VM guidelines
  • Help in seasonal and promotional display setup
  • Conduct store VM audits and maintain documentation

    • Required Skills:
  • Basic understanding of visual merchandising and retail display concepts
  • Creativity with a strong sense of aesthetics and design
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to execute guidelines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel)
  • Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel to stores (if required)
