If your portfolio is mostly Canva-based social media posts, this role is likely not a fit. About the Brand* Belezza is a premium electrical range built for contemporary homes and hospitality spaces. We sit at the intersection of design, architecture, and everyday utility—and our visual language needs to reflect that. This is not a high-volume, discount-driven brand. We care about aesthetic sharpness, materiality, and restraint. What You’ll Own* You will be the core visual voice of the brand across all touchpoints: • 1. Social Media Design Create high-quality, non-generic creatives for Instagram & digital campaigns Develop a distinct visual identity (not trend-chasing templates) Work with marketing to translate product features into design-led storytelling 2. Catalogue & Print Design* Design premium catalogues, brochures, and dealer materials Focus on layout, typography, and visual hierarchy (think architectural brands, not FMCG flyers) Ensure print-ready precision and production understanding • 3. Packaging Oversight Conceptualise and refine packaging systems Work with vendors to ensure execution matches design intent Maintain consistency across SKUs and product lines What We’re Looking For* Must-have:* Solid portfolio (this is non-negotiable) Proven work in: Brand design / editorial / catalogue design Social media that feels premium, not cluttered Excellent typography and layout skills Understanding of print processes and materials Nice-to-have:* Experience with product-based or architectural/interior brands Exposure to packaging systems Ability to art direct shoots (even at a basic level) Tools* Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Figma (optional but useful) What This Role Is NOT* Not a “post 3 reels a day” content role Not template-based social media execution Not bulk production design What You’ll Get* Ownership of a premium brand’s visual identity from an early stage Freedom to build a cohesive, design-led system (not fragmented execution) Exposure to real-world product, print, and packaging—not just digital How to Apply* Send Portfolio (PDF or link) 2–3 projects you’re most proud of (with context) Current/expected salary Job Types: Full-time, Part time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Expected hours: 20.0 – 45.0 per week Work Location: In person
