Role Overview

We're looking for a Visual Designer who can translate ideas into engaging visuals that capture the energy of movement and modern retail. This is a hybrid, full-time role based in Jaipur, offering creative flexibility and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain visual assets for digital and physical marketing including campaigns, in-store communication, and event branding.
• Create cohesive and on-brand graphics for web, social media, retail environments, and print.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, retail, and content teams to ensure a unified brand narrative across all touch points.
• Develop visual systems and guidelines that enhance brand recall and scalability.
• Support creative direction during product launches, campaigns, and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic or visual design (retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or motion graphics tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and layout principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, brand sensitivity, and storytelling ability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
