We craft cinematic brand imagery for premium hotels and resorts, translating architectural grandeur, lifestyle aspiration, and curated experiences into compelling visual narratives. Our clients include global hospitality leaders such as Marriott International, Hilton, Hyatt, and Accor.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Resident Photographer with a strong luxury sensibility and the ability to shoot across three core verticals:

- Architecture (Hotel Spaces & Design)
- Lifestyle (Model-led experiential storytelling)
- Food Photography (Elevated, premium presentation)

This is not a basic hotel documentation role. We are looking for someone who understands:

- Mood
- Light
- Composition
- Spatial storytelling
- Human emotion within luxury spaces
- You will be responsible for executing end-to-end hotel shoots across India while ensuring operational excellence in production and post-production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- 1. Architecture Photography (Primary Skill)
- Capture hotel spaces with precision, symmetry, and spatial balance.
- Highlight textures, materials, lighting design, and architectural intent.
- Shoot day-to-night transitions and ambient mood setups.
- Maintain consistency in perspective control and lens discipline.
- 2. Lifestyle Photography
- Direct and shoot model-led lifestyle imagery within hotel environments.
- Create candid yet aspirational moments.
- Elevate guest experiences visually (spa, dining, poolside, suite living, etc.).
- Collaborate with stylists, models, and creative directors to build mood-driven
- frames.
- 3. Food Photography
- Shoot high-end F&B; imagery aligned to luxury dining aesthetics.
- Understand plating, garnish styling, and lighting for texture.
- Balance realism with indulgence.
- 4. Production & Shoot Management
- Plan shot lists and pre-production requirements.
- Coordinate with hotel teams, stylists, and production crew.
- Maintain equipment readiness and backup systems.

- Ensure on-ground shoot efficiency and time discipline.

5. Post-Production Oversight

- Lead image selection and curation.
- Maintain high standards of image correction and color consistency.
- Develop streamlined post-production workflows within the agency.
- Ensure final output aligns with luxury global benchmarks.
- 6. Process & Organisation
- We are looking for someone who is operationally sharp.
- Maintain structured file naming systems.
- Organise shoot folders and backups systematically.
- Develop SOPs for shoot execution and image processing.
- Build scalable production practices within the studio division.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 4–8 years of qualified photography experience - Strong portfolio showcasing:

- Architecture photography
- Lifestyle hotel imagery
- Food photography

- Experience working with luxury hospitality brands preferred -

Strong understanding of:

- Natural and artificial lighting
- Composition & framing
- Color balance & post-processing

- Proficiency in:

- Adobe Lightroom
- Photoshop
- Tethered shooting workflows

- Willingness to travel extensively across India

- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
