We need a Senior Designer who has been through the fire and come out with a stunning portfolio. You’re past the "learning the tools" phase—now you’re in the "mastering the craft" phase. You can take a brief and run with it, delivering world-class visuals without needing your hand held.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Concept to Creation: Take a napkin sketch and turn it into a multi-platform visual identity.
• Creative Muscle: Handle the high-stakes projects that require sophisticated layouts, complex typography, and deep brand thinking.
• Collaboration: Work side-by-side with our Copy team to make sure the words and the visuals are flirting perfectly.
• Speed & Precision: You work fast, but you don't miss the details. You’re the one the team relies on when the deadline is looming.

Are You The One?

• The Experience: 4+ years in the trenches. You know how to handle tight turnarounds without breaking a sweat.
• The Eye: You have a signature style, but you’re versatile enough to design for a fintech startup one day and a streetwear brand the next.
• The Tech: Adobe CC is your second language. Bonus points if you’ve got motion or UI skills in your back pocket.
