Job Title: Visionary-in-Chief (Design Lead)

We aren't just looking for a "manager"; we’re looking for a Design Lead who can bridge the gap between "That looks cool" and "That actually solves the client’s problem." You’ll be the North Star for our creative team, turning abstract concepts into visual masterpieces.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Steer the Ship: Lead the visual direction for major brand campaigns, ensuring every pixel aligns with the big-picture strategy.
• Mentor & Muse: Guide our junior and mid-weight designers, pushing them to think bigger and design smarter.
• Client Whisperer: Present bold ideas to stakeholders with the confidence of someone who knows exactly why that specific shade of blue works.
• Quality Control: High standards? Good. We need someone who spots a misaligned grid from a mile away.

• The Portfolio: 5+ years of making people stop and stare. You’ve led teams and delivered results.
• The Toolkit: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (and probably a few tools we haven't even heard of yet).
• The Vibe: You’re a leader, not a boss. You advocate for great design and the people who make it.
