Engagement Specialist Job Description:
WolfSteel Buildings is a construction company that loves marketing! We believe marketing is one of the pinnacles of our success.
In just 3.5 years, we’ve grown to over 19,000+ YouTube subscribers, completed 250+ projects per year, and built a team of 60+ packmates.

WolfSteel Buildings’ marketing mission is to create educated consumers in an ever changing industry.
We are looking to dominate through education, transparency, and community driven content.
To support that mission, we are hiring an Engagement Specialist to serve as a key connection point between our company brand, our target audience, and our sales team.

This role is highly client facing, community focused, and plays a critical part in shaping the WolfSteel brand experience before a sale ever happens.
This is a full-time remove position.

A day in the life of an Engagement Specialist:
  • Work days of Monday-Friday, & some Saturdays (as needed based on workload)
  • Working hours 8am-5pm (Central Time)
  • Communicate with prospective clients across all WolfSteel social media platforms
  • Engage, educate, and prequalify leads before they reach the sales team
  • Represent WolfSteel in community Facebook groups by answering questions, educating consumers, and correcting misinformation
  • Manage and engage within the official WolfSteel Buildings Facebook Group
  • Assist with monitoring and responding to Google reviews in a timely, professional manner
  • Support email and text marketing campaigns by assisting with messaging and execution
  • Reach out to past clients regarding reviews, feedback, and WolfSteel merchandise initiatives
  • Communicate with leads and clients through internal tools such as WolfChat
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
  • Assist with website updates and minor design or content changes as needed
  • Track, report, and share insights on community sentiment, engagement trends, and feedback
  • Support paid advertising efforts by ensuring comments, messages, and client conversations align with campaign goals
  • Support SEO initiatives by creating backlines in various platforms

  • Attention to detail and ability to track conversations and trends
  • Team oriented mindset with the ability to work cross functionally
  • Basic familiarity with website editing or design tools is a plus (not required).
  • Tools include WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva.

    Requirements:
  • Availability during standard business hours (Texas Time)
  • Comfortable working on multiple digital platforms daily
  • Ability to communicate professionally on behalf of the WolfSteel brand
  • Willingness to collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams
  • Open to learning and adapting to knowledge in the metal building industry.
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive

Salary:

$8/hr+commission (based on experience)

Plus overtime (capped based on workload need)

Plus commission (after training)
