Job Summary:

HR Service Jobs is seeking a creative and motivated Virtual E-Learning Content Creator to design and develop engaging educational content for various e-learning platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, interactive, and educational materials aimed at enhancing learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• * Create and design instructional materials such as courses, videos, presentations, quizzes, and other multimedia content.
• * Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with course objectives.
• * Edit and proofread educational materials to ensure clarity, quality, and consistency.
• * Develop interactive and engaging learning modules for online platforms.
• * Stay updated with the latest e-learning trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content creation.
• * Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and distribute e-learning content.
• * Test and troubleshoot learning modules to ensure they function smoothly on various devices and platforms.
• * Monitor learner feedback and analytics to improve content effectiveness.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Bachelor s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
• * Proven experience in creating e-learning content, preferably in a virtual or remote environment.
• * Strong knowledge of e-learning software and tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
• * Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• * Ability to present complex information in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
• * Creative thinking and the ability to adapt content to different learning styles.
• * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• * Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Experience:
• * Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in e-learning or education-related fields.
• * Experience in producing multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive elements is highly desirable.
• * Experience working with remote teams and collaborating virtually is an advantage.
• Working Hours:
