Role Overview:

We are seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our customers via email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and skilled in providing high-quality service in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide accurate product and service information.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Ideal Profile:

    Requirements:
