• Ability to plan shoots including scripting and shot planning.
• Willingness to travel to project sites for video shoots.
• Knowledge of lighting, framing, and sound recording, drone usage.
• Construction update shoots.
• Fast edit shoots mandatory.
• Video portfolio demonstrating previous work is mandatory.

Video Production

• Plan and execute video shoots for project sites, marketing campaigns, and events.
• Capture property walkthroughs, lifestyle visuals, and promotional footage.

Social Media Video Content

• Create video content for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Produce reels, promotional videos, brand films, and campaign videos.

Shoot Planning

• Plan shoot concepts in coordination with the marketing team.

· Willing to travel to all the project sites as per need

· Prepare scripts, shot lists, and shoot timelines.

Post Production

• Edit videos including color correction, transitions, motion graphics, and sound optimization.
• Adapt videos for different digital platforms and formats.

Event & Campaign Coverage

• Capture video content during project launches, hospitality events, and marketing campaigns.

Performance Parameters

• Quality and creativity of video production
• Timely delivery of edited video content
• Platform optimization (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
• Engagement generated from video content
• Consistency of visual storytelling
