Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced videographer and photographer with strong technical expertise in lighting and production. The ideal candidate should have experience shooting both e-commerce product content and creative campaign visuals, and be able to manage shoots efficiently with local vendor networks.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality image and video content for e-commerce, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Execute lighting setups to ensure skilled-grade visual output across different shoot environments.
Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and brand teams to translate campaign concepts into video content.
Manage shoot logistics including coordination with studios, equipment providers, and other production vendors.
Maintain consistency with Cava’s visual identity and brand guidelines across all video content.
Support post-production processes where required, including editing and basic color correction.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of qualified photography and videography experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
Strong technical knowledge of lighting and camera equipment.
Demonstrated experience in both e-commerce product shoots and creative/campaign shoots.
Locally (Bangalore) based with an established network of production vendors (studios, equipment rentals, crew, etc.).
Ability to work in fast-paced shoot environments and manage multiple projects.

Preferred
Experience working with fashion or athleisure brands.
Solid visual storytelling and creative instincts.
