Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Videographer & Video Editor who can independently shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality videos for product marketing and social media.

This is a core creative role, not an agency-style job. You will work closely with the founder and marketing & sales team to create product demo videos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and social media videos that clearly communicate our technology and impact.

Key Responsibilities

🎥 Shooting & Production

• Shoot product demo videos, explainer videos, testimonials, company youtube videos / reels, interviews, podcasts
• Handle camera setup, framing, lighting, and basic audio (mic setup)
• Cover office shoots, manufacturing, hospital demos, and events when required

✂️ Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos using Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / Similar Softwares
• Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Videos/Shorts, LinkedIn & other social media
• Perform color correction, basic sound cleanup, transitions, captions
• Export videos in multiple formats optimized for different platforms

📱 Social Media Content Support

• Adapt long videos into short clips and reels
• Add subtitles, hooks, and pacing suitable for social media
• Work with the team on content ideas and visual storytelling
• Assist in building a consistent video style and visual language

🗂 Asset Management

• Maintain an organized library of raw footage and final assets
• Ensure brand consistency across all video content

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Must-Have

• 1–5 years experience as a Videographer / Video Editor / Content Creator
• Strong hands-on experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, and audio basics
• Ability to work independently end-to-end (shoot → edit → deliver)
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

➕ Good-to-Have (Bonus)

• Basic motion graphics / animations (After Effects)
• Experience creating product or tech videos
• Familiarity with social media trends and formats
• Photography skills (for product / event shots)

• Editing: Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
• Graphics: After Effects / Canva (basic)
• Platforms: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X
