Job Summary We are looking for a creative and execution-focused **Videographer & Content Creator** who can capture, edit, and publish high-quality photos and videos of our interior design and construction projects. The candidate will also create engaging **sales and marketing content** for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities: Shoot & Capture • Visit project sites to shoot **before/after videos, walkthroughs, and progress videos** • Capture high-quality photos and videos of completed projects • Record client testimonials and team activities • Shoot short-form sales videos (Reels / Shorts) Editing & Post Production • Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form content • Add music, subtitles, branding elements, and transitions • Ensure content is clean, professional, and aligned with company image Social Media Management • Post content regularly on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Maintain a content calendar (minimum 3–4 posts per week) • Write captions and basic hashtags • Track engagement and suggest improvements Content Strategy (Important) • Suggest ideas for viral/trending content • Create sales-focused videos (e.g., “Cost of Interior in Delhi”, “Site Mistakes to Avoid”) • Help position the company as an expert in interior & turnkey projects Requirements • 1–3 years experience in videography/content creation • Good knowledge of: • Video shooting (mobile + DSLR) • Editing tools (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut) • Understanding of Instagram & YouTube trends • Basic storytelling & marketing sense • Willing to travel to sites across Delhi NCR Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dwarka, Delhi, Delhi
