Job description :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Production Specialist to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, social media, internal communications, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in video production and a creative eye for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute video shoots including concept development, scripting, and storyboarding.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during production.
- Edit and produce engaging video content for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube,Facebook,LinkedIn, website, ads).
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create compelling video campaigns.
- Manage post-production tasks including editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Ensure video projects are delivered on time and meet brand guidelines.
- Maintain and manage video production equipment.
- Stay updated with video trends, formats, and new production technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in video production.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.
- Experience with color grading and motion graphics is a plus.
- Creative storytelling ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
- Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
