Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated Video Production & Content Specialist to lead professional shoots and create
engaging video content for both internal branding and client mandates. This role requires strong on-ground
execution skills along with the ability to deliver impactful edits tailored for digital platforms. This role is suited for
someone who can balance technical precision with creative judgment and consistently elevate visual content
quality.

Job Responsibilities

Execute professional shoots across categories:

• Brand Content: Professional studio podcasts, leadership interviews, thought leadership videos, culture content,
employer branding films

• Client &

Commercial Shoots:
Testimonials, case studies, corporate profile videos, product shoots, campaign
creatives, ad films

• Event Coverage: Corporate events, brand activations, conferences, internal milestones
• Digital-

First Content:
Reels, short-form videos, performance marketing creatives

• Independently manage camera, lighting, and audio setups
• Edit reels and short-form content with strong pacing and clean cuts
• Create highlight edits from long-form content
• Ensure platform-ready delivery aligned with brand guidelines
Required Skills & Expertise

1. 2–5 years of hands-on videography experience

• Strong technical command of lighting, framing, and sound
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools
• Experience across agency or corporate environments
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling shoots independently
