About the internship

We are looking for a talented Video Editing/Making Intern to join Aura Wear. This role is not limited to brand content alone. You will also work on content for the founder's personal brand, Raja Ajith, across fitness, lifestyle, campaign, and digital media. If you have a strong eye for editing, storytelling, and short-form content, this is a chance to get real hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the creative team to plan, edit, and execute content for Aura Wear and Raja Ajith's personal brand

2. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, campaigns, and brand content

3. Add subtitles, music, sound design, transitions, and basic color correction to improve quality and viewer retention

4. Ensure all edits match the brand's visual style, tone, and content goals

5. Assist with shoot planning, content ideation, and basic on-ground video support when required

6. Organize footage, project files, and exports properly for a smooth content workflow

7. Use professional editing software confidently, while staying open to AI tools that improve speed and creativity

8. Take feedback, make revisions quickly, and deliver content within deadlines

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 20th Mar'26 and 24th Apr'26

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Freshers can apply, but editing sense must be strong

2. Candidates with portfolio links and sample edits will be preferred

3. Experience with fitness, lifestyle, or creator content is a plus

4. Professional software knowledge is a must

5. AI knowledge is an advantage

6. Fast learners with good taste and clean execution will be preferred

Perks / Growth Opportunity

Successful candidates will receive a Certificate of Completion, a Letter of Recommendation based on performance, and may be considered for a full-time role with Aura Wear after 3 months.

Stipend

Part-time: ₹8,000–₹12,000/month

Full-time: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month

Final amount will depend on skill and performance.
