Lascade is looking for a creative Video Editor to produce high-performing video content for social media and paid advertising campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to create engaging videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and digital ads.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content for social media and paid ads
• Create engaging Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives
• Work with the marketing team to develop high-converting ad creatives
• Optimize videos for different platforms and formats
• Add captions, effects, motion graphics, and transitions
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
• Ensure videos follow brand guidelines and storytelling principles
• Stay updated with viral trends and social media formats

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in video editing
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Strong understanding of social media video formats
• Ability to create fast-paced, engaging videos
• Experience editing performance marketing ads is a plus
